Fee Structure

Property Owners

Our Property Management Fees are:

50% of first months rent

and 10% of monthly rent.

Please be aware you are also required to cover any maintenance & repairs performed on your property which are not the fault of the tenant



$50 applications fee per person on the lease and when permitted

Security Deposit – typically equal to 1 months rent

If the property you are renting allows pets then a $400 pet fee will be required(or what is agreed upon by the Property Owner).

Rent is due by the 5th of the month. NO partial payments excepted.

If the rent is not received by the 5th there will be a $100 late fee.

After the 10th the eviction process will start. There will be an addition fee for this process based on the court cost.
